Not sure if you love your item or simply changed your mind? We understand sometimes a product is not quite right, which is why we offer a 90 day return window to take the pressure off. Easily return your unwanted items via our online returns portal.

RETURNS POLICY

We will refund the full purchase value of returned goods, to the original payment method used, within 48 hours of receiving the goods. This includes sale items and a pro-rata rate for bundled items if applicable.

Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and in a sell-able condition. Unfortunately, we would be unable to refund or credit products once opened if they cannot be resealed, due to hygiene or safety reasons.

To ensure the best protection for our little customers, unless faulty we cannot offer a refund for some of the following product types where a manufacturer's seal has been broken:

  • Skincare
  • Mattresses
  • Hygiene products
  • Breast pumps

Easily return your unwanted items via our online returns portal

  • Return within 60 days to receive a full monetary refund
  • Return between 61 days and 90 days to receive a store credit or evoucher
  • We also refund our standard delivery charge on all orders returned in full
  • Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your item

RETURNING VIA ONLINE PORTAL

Our online portal lets you return your items to us with an instant label or QR code using a suitable, fully tracked service.

Instant Returns with Inpost Lockers: £1.95
No printing required at home or when you drop off your return. Just scan, drop and done. You don't even need a label!

How it works:

  • Choose Instant Returns in the portal to create a QR code
  • Scan the code on your phone at your local locker
  • Put your parcel inside and shut the door

When your return is collected from the locker, a label will be applied for you by the courier. Please note: all items from the same order should be returned in one parcel. Maximum parcel size is 41cm x 38cm x 64cm.

Returning with Royal Mail: £1.95

  • Maximum parcel size and weight is 61cm x 46cm x 46cm + 5kg
  • Label emailed instantly for you to download and print
  • Receipt provided at Post Office with a fully tracked service

Returning with DPD Pickup Shop: £4.50

  • Maximum parcel size and weight is no two sides longer than 120cm when combined + 20kg
  • Label emailed instantly for you to download and print
  • Receipt provided at DPD Pickup Shop with a fully tracked service and text alerts

Returning with DPD Collect: £12.50

  • For bigger items please use the DPD Pickup service
  • Collection from any UK address by DPD Local, between 9am and 5pm next day.

ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT OR FREE GIFT

Should you return an item, where you receive a discount that is applicable over a certain order value and the return takes the order value below that threshold, the discount will need to be taken into account when the refund is made. For example, if an order is placed for £130 with a discount applied 'Save £10 over £100 spend' and an item worth £40 is returned for refund. The £10 discount would no longer be applicable as order value is now lower. As such when the refund is made it will be for a total of £30 rather than £40.

Occasionally we offer free gifts with purchase. These are considered part of the purchase and must be included, in an unused condition, with any such returns, in order for a full refund or credit to be given. If an item is returned without the free gift, we reserve the right to charge the full RRP for it, which will be automatically deducted from any refund made.

DROP SHIP RETURNS

To return items delivered directly from our suppliers, please contact our customer service department who will assist in arranging a collection of your goods by the supplier. Please note: Furniture items that have been built cannot be returned. All items must be unused, with their original packaging intact, return collection charges may vary.

exchanges

Please note we do not offer exchanges as our stock is fast-moving. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend purchasing additional sizes for choice and return the unwanted items via our easy online returns portal.

gift returns

Items received as gifts may be returned for store credit, under the same conditions as above. To return your unwanted items please use the return methods above and select 'returning unwanted gift' and provide an email address for your gift card refund. Please contact customer service if you have any queries.
