Using the trainer during pregnancy: You can use Elvie Trainer during pregnancy as long as you do not have any complications. Every pregnancy is unique so if you are unsure please consult your health professional before use. Your LV score might fluctuate, particularly during the third trimester - this is totally normal and to be expected. You should wait until six weeks after giving birth before beginning to use Elvie Trainer again.
